I run several online projects that rely heavily on a steady flow of qualified leads and consistent customer-service standards. To keep both streams healthy, I need help in two connected areas:
Social media lead generation
You will live inside Facebook groups that match my target audiences, locate new groups worth joining, and schedule or publish a mix of informational and engagement posts that move prospects toward my offer. Once comments or direct messages come in, you’ll handle the first response, answer common questions, and flag hot prospects for me. A fast, reliable internet connection and clear spoken English are essential because speed and tone make all the difference here. Although the initial focus is Facebook, there’s room to branch into LinkedIn or Instagram as results grow.
Quality-assessment calling
Several of customer-service lines need random spot checks. After a short briefing and script, you’ll call in as a regular customer, rate the agent on key criteria, and log findings in a shared sheet. Prior cold-calling or phone lead-gen experience will help you sound natural and pick up on subtle service cues.
Tools you should already feel comfortable with include Meta Business Suite (or any Facebook group posting tool), Google Sheets, and a basic VoIP dialer such as Skype or Google Voice.
Deliverables I’ll review each week:
1. A spreadsheet showing groups joined, posts published, conversations started, and warm leads captured
2. Recorded or logged call assessments with scores and comments
3. A brief note on next week’s content angles or group opportunities
If this mix of Facebook engagement and quality-control calling sounds like your sweet spot, let’s talk and get you started right away.
