Residential Development Conceptual Study

Hello,

I am looking for an architect to prepare a conceptual 3D study and site implantation for a residential development in Portugal.

The main objective at this stage is to assess the investment feasibility and development potential of the land, rather than to develop a final architectural project.

Project information:

Location: Alenquer, Portugal
Main plot: approximately 9,240 m²
There is currently an existing rented house on the property, which we intend to separate from the development area.
We are also in the process of acquiring an adjacent plot of approximately 940 m², which we intend to unify with the main land.
Total potential site area: approximately 10,180 m²
The number of units is not yet defined and should be assessed as part of the feasibility study.

I can provide the topographical survey in DWG format, as well as the relevant planning information and other documents available.

The study should ideally include:

Site implantation / masterplan
Preliminary positioning and layout of the buildings/villas
3D masterplan visualisation
Initial assessment of the number of units that could reasonably be accommodated
Consideration of access, circulation, parking and green areas
A concept focused on maximising the site's development potential while maintaining a high-quality residential product

At this stage, we are primarily interested in the concept and feasibility, not detailed construction or licensing drawings.
