We are looking 4 Clients for our 8 - unit, Residential house in West Mambalam and need an experienced outbound calling partner to fill 8 of those units with qualified corporate tenants. Your role is to run a concise, B2B or B2C call campaign—building or using an existing database, pitching the property, answering first-level questions, and handing over warm prospects so I can close the lease.

• Semi-furnished apartments that minimize setup time for relocating staff
• 24/7 security supported by CCTV for peace of mind
• High-speed internet already in place.
I am open to tenants from Banking / BPO - KPO IT / Consulting / Finance / Govt or any sector Campigner should sign NDA. then we shall discuss about the Project details. Success is reached once 8 units are secured—signed agreements in hand.
