Call, Appointment & Social Manager

I’m looking for a reliable account manager who can handle our phone lines and keep operations moving smoothly. You’ll take incoming calls, place outgoing ones when follow-ups are needed, and make sure every enquiry turns into a confirmed booking. Alongside that, you will coordinate the hiring and scheduling of cleaners so each job is properly staffed without delays.

Social presence matters to us too, so you’ll also look after Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter—posting updates, replying to messages, and flagging any leads that come in through those channels.

A mix of fixed hours and an on-call window works best for our workflow: certain blocks each day when you’re actively online, plus availability for urgent calls or last-minute changes.

Key deliverables:
• Daily call log with outcomes and next actions
• Updated appointment calendar with confirmed bookings
• Cleaner roster maintained and gaps filled promptly
• Weekly social media report covering posts, engagement, and any prospects generated
