Research Methodology Expert

The work revolves around a fast-moving topic in defense and strategic studies, with a strong overlap in international relations and political science. I need you to step in right away and design a rigorous mixed-methods research framework, then carry it through to first findings.

You will be expected to
• shape clear research questions grounded in current security literature,
• justify and document both qualitative and quantitative techniques, and
• deliver concise, evidence-based insights ready for immediate policy use.

I am open to the tools you prefer—SPSS, Stata, R, Python, NVivo or their equivalents—as long as the outputs are transparent and replicable. A short methodology outline is needed within 48 hours, followed quickly by cleaned data files and an analytic memo that highlights key trends, limitations, and recommended next steps.
