Convert Handwritten Notes to Word

I have several pages of neatly printed handwritten notes that I need transcribed into a clean Word (.docx) file. Accuracy is the priority—every word, heading and line break should appear just as it does on the page, but laid out as standard paragraph text without special bullets or numbering unless the original clearly shows them.

The source scans are legible print handwriting, so no cursive interpretation is required. Once finished, I expect a single .docx document that mirrors the original content and basic structure, ready for immediate editing and sharing.
