And it is the ideal place for an ambitious, hardworking, animal lover who wants to progress their career rapidly.

About the Role
PetLab Co.’s mission is to become the leader in science-based pet supplements. Our purpose is to help companion animals through science and innovation, creating products that make a meaningful difference to the lives of pets and their owners. As a Scientist III, you’ll take ownership of new products from concept through to commercialization. Working with internal specialists, external partners, suppliers, and manufacturers, you’ll be responsible for progressing products through each stage of development and preparing them for a successful launch.
Acting as a bridge between R&D, marketing, and product development, you’ll bring together scientific expertise, consumer insight, and commercial thinking. You’ll identify emerging ingredients, formats, and category trends, influence product direction, and help ensure innovation is both scientifically credible and commercially relevant.
We move and think quickly, so you’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, take confident ownership of your work, and be ready to roll up your sleeves when needed. If that sounds exciting, we’d love you to join our pack!
Your day to day will look a little bit like this…
Tracking category trends, ingredient research and scientific/clinical developments (new ingredient efficacy data, novel delivery formats, published studies) to keep the pipeline ahead of the market.
