I need help locating and opening negotiations with privately-owned, small-scale website development agencies across Asia / Africa that would consider a profit-sharing acquisition rather than a straight cash buyout. Your role spans market research, initial outreach, and deal facilitation until both sides are ready to sign an MoU.

I expect you to:
• Compile a vetted list of independent website-development companies (fewer than 10 staff) in Asia / Africa, including ownership details, recent financials if available, and their core service mix.
• Establish first contact, present our profit-sharing acquisition model, gauge interest, and schedule follow-up calls.
• Lead early-stage negotiation, outlining equity splits, revenue-share percentages, and transition timelines, looping me in when decisions are required.
• Maintain transparent progress reports in a shared CRM or spreadsheet so I can track outreach status and next steps.

Experience in M&A scouting, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English plus at least one major Asian language will make this process smoother. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools is a bonus.

Success is a shortlist of willing candidates and at least two signed Letters of Intent ready for due diligence.
