I need a robust 11-tooth freewheel fabricated to work alongside the 20-tooth unit I already have. The mechanism drives a single-speed chain, so the tooth profile must match standard single-speed pitch and width. Wear resistance is essential, which is why I chose steel for the body and ratchet components.

Here’s what I’m expecting:

• 3D CAD model with full tolerances
• Manufacturing drawings ready for CNC/turning operations
• A working prototype or clear assembly instructions for local machining
• Confirmation that the thread or splined interface matches the 20T freewheel I’ll supply for reference

Your proposal should briefly outline the design workflow and the tools you plan to use—SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar—and estimate the turnaround time for both drawings and a prototype. I’ll provide the 20T sample and hub dimensions as soon as we start, and I’m available for quick feedback throughout the process.

If you’re confident you can deliver a smooth, reliable 11T steel freewheel, I’d love to hear how you’d approach it.
