Build a new HTML/CSS/JavaScript website based on older website which not live no. No backup available for older site. Important is to keep the color, images, content, layout, menu navigation and themes etc. similar to older website as much as possible by referring online archives wayback etc. New site must have some basic lite editor to make minor changes
