Repair Smartsheet automated

My Smartsheet automation for workflow approvals suddenly stopped firing even though the conditions and permissions appear unchanged. No approval requests are being sent, the workflow log shows no recent activity, and manual tests won’t trigger anything. I’d like an experienced Smartsheet problem-solver to jump in, pinpoint why the functionality broke, and get the approval flows running again.

You’ll have viewer access first, then admin access once we’re ready to test fixes. Typical areas to inspect will be the trigger settings, column logic, sheet and workspace permissions, and any cross-sheet references. If the problem sits deeper (e.g., account-level settings or quota issues) I’ll rely on your guidance to escalate with Smartsheet support.
