Hi, I need a personal Telegram Bot for Text-to-Speech (TTS) conversion. I want a ready-to-use setup with zero future costs.
How the bot should work:
1. I will send a large text file (.txt format, around 1MB to 2MB) directly into the Telegram bot chat.
2. The bot should process the text file in chunks (without crashing) and convert it into high-quality MP3 audio files.
3. The bot must send the converted MP3 files back to me in the same Telegram chat.
Requirements:
- User Limit: This bot is strictly for personal use. Maximum 1 to 5 users (me and a few friends) will use this bot. It doesn't need to handle heavy public traffic.
- Budget: Strictly Fixed ₹1,000 INR (Maximum). Do not bid if you want more.
- Technology: Must use the FREE Microsoft Edge-TTS library. I want natural-sounding Indian voices (Hindi/English) like 'Madhur' or 'Swara' (Pocket FM style).
