I created a 3D asset in Blender but have run into printable-geometry problems. The mesh currently contains non-manifold edges and several intersecting faces; those faults stop my slicer from generating reliable G-code for my FDM printer.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Open the supplied .blend file, diagnose every non-manifold and intersecting region, and rebuild the geometry so the model is completely watertight.
• Confirm wall thicknesses remain suitable for standard FDM settings (0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height).
• Preserve the original proportions and surface detail—no visible artefacts after the cleanup.
• Return a clean .blend with modifiers applied as well as a print-ready STL that passes a Meshmixer or Netfabb analysis with zero errors.

I work in Orca, so a quick screenshot of the model sliced successfully would be a plus. If you regularly use tools such as MeshLab, Netfabb, or Blender’s built-in Mesh Analysis, let me know in your bid. I’m ready to send the file as soon as we connect and would like to wrap this up quickly.
