Reno/Tahoe Lifestyle Videography Shoot

I’m producing a lifestyle-driven content series that follows golf adventure moments around the Tahoe area, and I need someone who can capture the energy.

You’ll be on location for two full days filming golf, conversations, and scenic b-roll that will become the backbone of my personal-brand channels. The footage must feel authentic yet polished enough for Instagram Reels and longer-form YouTube edits.

Your kit should include a professional 4K (or better) camera, reliable lenses for both wide landscapes and tight lifestyle shots, a clean audio setup for spontaneous interviews, ample media cards, and, ideally, a drone for aerial context shots. If you already own neutral-density filters and a gimbal, even better—smooth motion is key.

What I’d like from you when you respond:
• A link to your reel or portfolio that shows lifestyle or outdoor adventure work
• A quick rundown of your equipment (camera body, lenses, audio, stabilizers, drone)
• Your availability Aug. 24th and 25th
• Your standard day rate or project quote, including any travel or post-production add-ons

Deliverables:
1. All raw footage (organized by scene) on a drive or cloud link end of each day
