I’m dealing with stubborn errors inside our client-facing application software and need a sharp technical support specialist to get users back up and running fast. The focus is pure software troubleshooting—no network cabling or hardware swaps—so your strength should be in diagnosing install glitches, crashes, update failures, and configuration conflicts on Windows 10/11 (occasional macOS machines as well).
You’ll connect remotely (AnyDesk or TeamViewer), trace logs, registry keys, and dependency stacks (.NET, SQL LocalDB, DLL versions) until the app launches cleanly and performs as designed. Clear, concise documentation of each fix is vital so our in-house team can replicate the solution next time.
Deliverables
• Restored, fully functional application on affected machines
• Step-by-step record of actions taken and settings changed
• Two or three preventive tips to avoid repeat incidents
If you’re comfortable jumping straight into live user environments and turning vague “it doesn’t work” complaints into concrete, solved tickets, let’s talk.
