Remove Person, Restore Background

I have a single photo where a man needs to disappear completely. I only want the original background showing—no blur, no solid fill—just as though he had never been there. Nothing else in the image requires tweaking, so please keep colours, lighting, and every other element intact.

The final file should match the resolution of the original and be delivered in both layered PSD (so I can review the mask) and a flattened high-quality JPEG/PNG ready for immediate use. A quick turnaround would be appreciated since it’s a straightforward edit.

Please use which ever photo has the higher resolution.
