Remote Telecaller for Customer Support

I’m looking for a reliable telecaller who can start right away and work from home on a flexible, part-time schedule. Your single, clear focus will be to handle incoming phone inquiries from our existing customers—answering their questions, resolving small issues on the spot, and noting anything that needs follow-up.

Because you’ll be speaking directly with customers, you must be comfortable on the phone and able to keep concise, accurate call notes. A higher-secondary (12th) education or above is required, but freshers who are confident communicators are welcome to apply.
