I need a confident virtual assistant who can jump on the phone with fresh and existing seller leads, keep the conversation flowing in clear, natural-sounding English, and book qualified appointments for my real estate team. Your day will revolve around three concrete actions:

• Place initial lead calls
• Run timely follow-up calls to nurture interest
• Log concise, accurate CRM notes immediately after every attempt

Because appointment-setting is the core of this role, I’m looking for someone who already knows how to guide prospects toward a yes. You should feel comfortable handling common objections—while it’s not the only yardstick I’ll use, I consider that skill important for success here.
