Remote Jio Calling Agents

I’m expanding a fully remote calling team to handle a new Jio process and need energetic voices who can work comfortably from home. Your day will revolve around making and receiving calls through our cloud dialer, following a short script, noting outcomes in the CRM, and sending me a concise end-of-shift report.

All you need is a quiet workspace, a good broadband connection, a headset, and the ability to converse clearly in English or Hindi; fluency in both is a bonus that will earn you extra calls. I’ll provide login credentials, training on the script, and guidelines for handling common scenarios. Targets are straightforward—focus on accurate information capture and a professional call experience rather than hard-sell tactics.

Deliverables for each shift
• Real-time updates in the CRM
• A brief call-summary file (CSV or XLS) by close of day
