I produce a steady stream of instructional material and need an extra set of creative hands to turn raw screen-recordings, talking-head clips, and b-roll into clear, engaging lessons. The workload is flexible—some weeks feel like a full-time schedule, others will suit a part-time or ad-hoc freelancer—so you can slot the projects around your existing commitments as long as deadlines are met.

What the work looks like
• Source files arrive in folders with a rough outline. You trim, sequence, colour-correct, balance audio, add lower-thirds, simple motion graphics, and insert title cards or call-outs where they aid comprehension.
• All editing happens in Adobe Premiere Pro; the entire pipeline is built around that ecosystem, so full command of the software is essential.
• Finished lessons are exported in 1080p H.264, along with a tidy project file and any custom graphics used.

What I expect from you
• 1–1.5 + years of hands-on editing experience, specifically with educational or explainer content.
• A reliable workstation and stable internet connection for remote hand-offs.
• Openness to complete a short, paid demo assignment—just a few minutes of footage—to make sure our styles align.
• A portfolio link showcasing past work; highlight at least one project that demonstrates how you simplified a concept on screen.
