What You'll Do
🤝 Client Consultations & Benefits Education
As a Remote Insurance Benefits Representative, you'll:
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone
Connect with individuals interested in learning about available benefits
Listen to clients and identify individual and family protection needs
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Answer questions about benefits, coverage, and policy features
Help clients evaluate available options and make informed decisions
Provide personalized, needs-based coverage recommendations
Guide clients through applications and enrollment
Assist with required documentation
Review existing coverage and discuss appropriate updates when needed
