I have a batch of PDF reports that contain our monthly sales figures and I need every number transferred into a single, well-structured Excel spreadsheet. Most of the values are typed, but a handful of pages include handwritten notes and corrections, so I’m counting on you to interpret those legibly and flag anything that seems ambiguous.
Your job is straightforward: open each PDF, locate every sales total, subtotal, and adjustment, then enter them into the matching rows and columns of the Excel template I’ll provide. Please keep the original order and naming conventions so I can trace any number back to its source page quickly. When handwriting leaves room for doubt, add a short comment in the sheet and move on—I’ll review the flagged items.
Deliverable:
• One Excel workbook populated with all sales figures, including comments on any unclear handwritten entries.
I’ll consider the task complete when the spreadsheet tallies match the control totals in the PDFs and all pages are accounted for. Let me know your turnaround time and any questions about the file layout.
