This is a remote position.

The Regulatory Advisor will lead regulatory interpretation, compliance strategy, and risk advisory across multiple jurisdictions. The role ensures that products, platforms, and operations align with applicable laws, industry regulations, and global best practices, particularly in fintech, payments, and data-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advisory on regulatory frameworks across fintech, banking, and digital products.

Interpret and translate complex regulations into actionable business and product requirements.

Advise on compliance strategy across multiple jurisdictions and markets.

Support product and engineering teams in embedding regulatory requirements into system design.

Conduct regulatory risk assessments and gap analyses.

Monitor evolving regulations and assess business impact.

Engage with internal stakeholders and external regulators when required.

Review policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance alignment.

Support audit readiness and regulatory reporting processes.

Guide governance frameworks for data privacy, AML/KYC, and financial compliance.

Required Qualifications

8–15 years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal advisory, or risk management.

Strong experience in fintech, banking, payments, or regulated digital platforms.

Proven ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and apply them practically.

Experience working across multiple regulatory environments or jurisdictions.

Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
