Reformat & Sort Options Spreadsheet

My stock-options spreadsheet format needs a change. I have closing dates in daily columns. I need to have those dates listed in a column on the main worksheet and I need every closing date converted cleanly to the DD-MM-YYYY format, the rows sorted chronologically, and the file handed back in a way that lets me filter and analyze trades without fighting bad data.

We will jump on a brief chat so I can show you the current structure, point out a few quirks, and agree on the sort keys I care about (primarily trade date and ticker, secondary fields if you spot inconsistencies). From there, I’m expecting two concrete deliverables:

• A cleaned version of the spreadsheet with every date normalized to DD-MM-YYYY and all other columns preserved.
• A short note—or inline comments—summarizing any edge cases you encountered so I know what was fixed.

Excel, Google Sheets, or a quick VBA / Power Query routine are all fine; use whatever gets the job done accurately and lets me maintain the file afterward.

If you have experience untangling mixed-format date fields in trading data, this should be straightforward. Accuracy matters more than speed, but I’d like the first draft within 1 week once we confirm the scope.
