Five draft chapters of my upcoming business book are ready for a final polish. Each chapter sits at roughly 8000-10000 words and was originally produced with light AI assistance. I now need a human editor to do three things:
• Remove or rewrite any passages that trigger AI-detection tools, while preserving my voice and intent.
• Supply an AI-score report for every chapter (Originality.ai, GPTZero, or a comparable tool are fine).
• Provide tracked edits and margin comments that strengthen clarity, readability, and the logic of the arguments—no added sections, just improvements to what is already on the page.
Please return:
1. A clean Word file plus a tracked-changes version for each chapter.
2. A short recommendation sheet summarising major clarity or logic tweaks still worth considering.
3. The AI-detection reports (PDF or screenshot) showing the final scores.
Consistency in tone, tight transitions, correct citations, and polished grammar are a must, but the heart of the job is identifying and neutralising “AI-sounding” prose and surfacing clear, compelling reasoning throughout.
If you are comfortable working quickly with Word’s track-changes, Grammarly or ProWritingAid, and a reliable AI-detection platform, let’s get started—the finished manuscript goes to the publisher next month.
