BotDigit is building a new generation of digital work infrastructure combining:
- Freelance marketplace
- AI-powered workflows
- AI agents and MCP
- Project management
- Contracts & milestones
- Escrow and payment infrastructure
- Freelancer/client ecosystem
- Git and development workflows
- AI-native project delivery
We are looking for a creative marketing strategist/researcher who can independently study BotDigit, understand what makes the platform different, and develop a practical strategy to increase awareness, users, freelancers, clients and long-term brand authority.
This is not a generic social-media posting job.
We want someone who can first learn BotDigit, identify the opportunity, understand the competitive landscape, and then tell us how BotDigit should be marketed and positioned.
Important Research Requirement
Before preparing your strategy, you must research BotDigit using its official website and publicly available official BotDigit pages.
Start here:
BotDigit Official Website
You should specifically investigate relevant areas such as:
- Homepage
- Marketplace
- Freelancer ecosystem
- Client/project workflows
- MCP / AI-agent capabilities
- About BotDigit
- Pricing
- Security

4. What should BotDigit become known for?
Give us one primary brand position.
For example, don't simply say:
"AI-powered freelance marketplace."

Explain what category BotDigit should attempt to own.
Competitive Research
Research competitors and adjacent platforms.
Compare BotDigit with relevant platforms such as:
- Upwork
- Fiverr
- Freelancer
- Toptal
- Contra
- Other emerging AI/work platforms
But don't simply make a feature comparison table.
We want to know:
Where is there a marketing gap that BotDigit can exploit?

Identify opportunities competitors are not communicating effectively.
AI-Native Marketing Challenge
This is particularly important.
Study BotDigit's AI/MCP direction and answer:
How should BotDigit market itself in a world where AI agents can discover, evaluate and coordinate digital work?

Develop a campaign around concepts such as:
AI + Humans + Freelancers + Projects + Delivery
Possible directions include:
The Marketplace Your AI Can Actually Use

What If Your AI Could Hire a Developer?

Work, Rewired for AI

Research Integrity Requirement
Your proposal should contain a short section:
“What I Learned About BotDigit”
Write 10 specific observations about BotDigit that you discovered during your research.
This section is intentionally required so that we can distinguish genuine research from generic AI-generated marketing proposals.
Generic statements such as:
"BotDigit is a leading AI platform that helps businesses grow"

without evidence of actual research will not be considered strong submissions.
AI Usage
AI tools may be used for research, brainstorming and drafting.
However, AI-generated generic marketing content without independent research will not be accepted.
We are looking for:
Research → Understanding → Strategy → Original Ideas

not:
Prompt → Generic AI marketing plan

If AI tools are used, the freelancer remains responsible for fact-checking every BotDigit-related claim against official BotDigit sources.
Confidentiality
This project brief and any non-public information shared during the engagement should be treated as confidential and should not be redistributed, published, or used to create competing marketing material for another company.
Do not attempt to reproduce or publicly publish private project instructions, internal strategy, credentials, unpublished product information, or confidential BotDigit materials.
Ideal Freelancer
We are looking for someone with a combination of:
- Growth marketing
- Brand strategy
- SEO
- Content marketing
- Social media
- Startup marketing
- SaaS marketing
- Marketplace marketing
- AI/technology marketing
- Competitive research
A freelancer who understands AI agents, MCP, developer ecosystems and marketplaces will have an advantage.
Proposal Instructions
To apply, do not send a generic proposal.
Your proposal must answer these five questions:
1.
After researching the official BotDigit website, what do you believe BotDigit actually is?
2.
What is the single biggest marketing opportunity you see for BotDigit?
3.
What is one marketing campaign you would launch immediately?
4.
Who should BotDigit target first and why?
5.
Give us one thing you would change about BotDigit's current marketing.
Proposals that do not demonstrate actual BotDigit research may be rejected.
