I have an existing set of three storey plans in PDF that I now need traced precisely at 1:100 for a forthcoming change-of-use submission. All site measurements will be supplied, including a verified 6.00 m external wall dimension so you can scale everything accurately.
Scope
• Convert each level into a clean, editable DWG/DXF using standard layer conventions—no bespoke naming needed.
• Produce matching print-ready PDFs for each floor.
• Add clear room names and linear dimensions throughout; no further annotations or design alterations are required.
Accuracy is paramount because these drawings will accompany a planning application, so line weights, scaling and consistent layering must stand up to scrutiny when printed. Once complete, I should be able to open the files in AutoCAD and adjust or export without loss of precision.
