Dough Press Die Prototype

I need a prototype KitchenAid die for a KitchenAid Classic Plus dough press attachment.

Material Requirements:
- 304 (Food Grade) Stainless Steel: Used for the external face only.
- Plastic: Used for internal parts.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience with stainless steel and plastic manufacturing.
- Ability to create food-safe prototypes.
- Knowledge in designing dies for dough pressing applications.
- Accuracy within 0.05 mm.
- Strong and frequent communication on project requirements.
- Design only, not manufactured pieces.
- No use of AI in: Proposals/Bids, Communication, Work, etc..

- Metal Thickness: 1.25 mm
- Extruding Face Outer Diameter: 52 mm
- Lip Outer Diameter: 56.75 mm
- Face to Back-of-Lip Thickness: 9 mm
- Extruding Face Opening Diameter: 15 mm
- Opening Separations (Center of Die; Diameter): 13 mm
- Extruding Face to Back-of-Pole Thickness: 16.75 mm
- Pole Diameter: 9 mm
- Pole End Edge Chamfer: ~1.75 mm (reads as 2 mm from edge-to-edge of chamfer)
- Extrusion Port Diameter: 15 mm (lower) - 17 mm (upper)
Note: Openings will require at least 1 mm straight flow from chamfered flow to be extruded.
