## Reddit Account Manager – Organic Growth & External Traffic

We are looking for an experienced **Reddit Account Manager** to manage and grow a Reddit account with the main goal of:

* Reaching a large and highly targeted audience.
* Growing the account quickly but naturally.
* Increasing karma, visibility, engagement and followers.
* Driving interested users to an **external link/platform**.
* Avoiding spammy behavior, bans, shadowbans or damage to the account.

### What you will do

You will be responsible for the complete Reddit strategy:

* Research the best subreddits for our niche.
* Create and publish posts that can generate high engagement.
* Comment strategically to increase account authority and visibility.
* Build karma and account reputation organically.
* Identify trends and opportunities for high-performing posts.
* Test different content, titles, posting times and communities.
* Convert Reddit traffic into visits/clicks to our external platform.
* Keep the account safe and follow each subreddit’s rules.
* Provide basic performance reports.

### What we are looking for

We want someone who:

* Has real experience growing Reddit accounts.
* Understands Reddit culture and how different subreddits work.
* Knows how to generate traffic **without obvious spam**.
* Understands conversion funnels and how to move Reddit users toward an external link naturally.
* Can show previous results, accounts, traffic numbers or case studies.
* Is proactive and able to develop their own strategy instead of waiting for daily instructions.

### Payment

**Base payment: $50 USD/month**

Plus **performance-based commission** depending on the results and productivity of the manager.

The better the account performs and the more qualified traffic/conversions you generate, the more you can earn.

This can become a **long-term position** if the results are good.
