Precise PDF-to-Word Conversion with Spellcheck

I need an editable Microsoft Word version of an existing PDF so I can freely revise the content. Every element must look the same as it does in the source file—fonts, spacing, page breaks, and overall layout should match line for line.

During conversion, please give special care to: tables and charts (keep cell structure intact), images and graphics (retain placement and resolution), and all headings and subheadings (preserve styles and hierarchy). After the file is recreated, run a thorough spell-check and correct any obvious typos without altering the meaning of the text.

You are welcome to use your preferred OCR or conversion tools—Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY, Nitro, or a clean re-type where automation fails—so long as the final document opens flawlessly in the latest version of Word.
