The Opportunity
We're seeking an experiencedRecruitment Marketing Strategistto join us as a contractor for 5–6 months. If you're a strategic marketing leader with deep expertise in high-volume candidate acquisition and LATAM markets, this is your chance to make an immediate impact on a rapidly growing organization.
What You'll Own
Build scalable funnels:Design and optimize a recruitment marketing funnel and playbook that drives high-volume candidate acquisition.
Optimize paid media:Evaluate and improve current paid advertising performance—budget allocation, channel mix, and campaign ROI for hiring outcomes.
Strengthen our employer brand:Enhance our value proposition and recruitment messaging to resonate with talent in LATAM and Caribbean markets.
Create engagement strategies:Design candidate nurture, retargeting, and re-engagement campaigns that move prospects through the funnel.
Drive insights:Build dashboards and analytics using attribution modeling, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and cost-per-acquisition metrics.
Localize market strategy:Advise on regional differences, labor market dynamics, and candidate behavior across LATAM and the Caribbean.
Coach and transfer knowledge:Work alongside our internal team, documenting playbooks and best practices to build their capability long-term.
Recommend improvements:Assess our recruitment operations and processes, then help implement enhancements that raise performance.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
7+ yearshands-on experience in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, employer branding, or hiring-focused marketing roles
Proven track recordmanaging high-volume recruitment campaigns that generate thousands of applications monthly
Optimization expertise:Demonstrated success improving paid acquisition strategies for hiring outcomes (not just clicks or traffic)
LATAM market knowledge:Strong experience working across Latin American and Caribbean labor markets; clear understanding of regional differences and cultural nuances
Professional English:Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level or higher) to collaborate with US-based teams
Technical skills:Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn ads, paid media platforms, email marketing, and recruitment funnels
Analytical mindset:Proficiency in attribution modeling, funnel analytics, A/B testing, and cost-per-applicant measurement
Remote-ready:Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment with English-speaking stakeholders
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in staffing, BPO, high-volume hiring, or talent marketplaces
Familiarity with candidate CRM, lifecycle marketing, or remarketing automation
Prior consulting, interim, or fractional engagement roles
Experience supporting Caribbean hiring markets in addition to LATAM
Knowledge of employer brand measurement or talent brand tracking
Advanced dashboarding and reporting capabilities
