Child’s Friendship Book Creation

I’m putting together a keepsake friendship book for a 3- to 6-year-old and need a creative hand to bring it to life. The finished piece should feel playful enough to delight a young child yet timeless enough to be cherished well into the future.

Content to weave in: photos with short, engaging captions, simple personal stories or memories supplied by family and friends, plus colourful drawings or artwork. The overall look should balance a nature-inspired palette with subtle nods to past historical events—think illustrated trees, animals, or landscapes paired with fun “Did you know?” moments from history that spark curiosity without overwhelming early readers.

I’ll provide the raw photos, text snippets, and rough doodles; you handle layout, light photo retouching, illustration clean-up, and typography. Feel free to use InDesign, Affinity Publisher, Canva Pro, or any tool you’re fastest with, as long as the output meets standard print specs (CMYK, 300 dpi) and a web-friendly PDF.

Deliverables
• 24–32 page print-ready PDF (A4 or square 8×8 in)
• Separate high-res files for each illustration in PNG or SVG
• Source file of the full book layout
• Simple proof copy for on-screen review before final export

Quality check: pages must align, no text cut-off, colours consistent across spreads, and all captions free of typos. I’ll release 50 % of the $500 total once the first full draft is ready, and the remainder upon final approval.
