My professional experience is in sales, marketing, and recruitment, which gives me a strong understanding of customer/candidate acquisition, communication, lead follow-up, and recruitment processes.

I understand that your goal is not only to generate a high number of registrations, but also to attract qualified candidates who continue through the recruitment funnel and successfully complete the placement process in Qatar.

I can help review the candidate journey from initial campaign exposure through registration and recruitment, identify potential drop-off points, and work closely with your team to improve the candidate acquisition process. I’m also comfortable working with multiple target markets and communicating with candidates from different backgrounds.

I’m highly focused on results, daily monitoring, clear reporting, and continuous improvement. I’m also willing to learn and work closely with your existing marketing and development team to understand the current advertising, tracking, and funnel setup.
