Locate Willing Job Candidates

I need help identifying people who are genuinely open to accepting a job offer from my company. The task is straightforward: find and present candidates who show clear interest in coming on board, rather than simply gathering a broad mailing list or making generic introductions.

Your day-to-day work will involve locating individuals interested in new employment opportunities, confirming their willingness to hear more about our specific role, and passing their contact details to me. I’m open to any sourcing channels you already trust—online job boards, LinkedIn outreach, community groups, or your personal network—as long as the candidates understand that a formal offer could follow quickly.

Deliverables:
• A concise spreadsheet (or similar) containing each candidate’s name, best contact information, and a brief note confirming they know a job offer is on the table and are prepared to discuss it.

I’ll review the leads as they come in and provide prompt feedback so we can fine-tune the search together.
