I need a recruiter who already operates an active Indeed employer account to publish several new job ads for me. Your primary task is straightforward: post the listings under your existing profile, then optimise them so they attract stronger, more relevant applicants than I am seeing now.

Because the goal is to increase the quality of incoming candidates, I expect you to:
• Craft job ads from the information I supply, ensuring each listing is complete and compelling.
• Select the right job categories, titles, and keywords inside Indeed to maximise visibility.
• Monitor the ad performance for the first few days, adjust wording or settings if response quality is low, and share simple progress notes with me.
