I have a furniture shop and I need an experienced data entry freelancer to type out approximately 1500 to 2000 old manual furniture bills into a simple, structured format (Excel or Google Sheets).
Scope of Work:
Read the information from the provided bill images/scans and type it accurately.
The columns should include: Bill Number, Date, Customer Name, Item Name, Quantity, Rate, Total Amount, and any other relevant fields available on the bill.
Ensure the data is clean, well-organized, and free of typing errors.
Requirements:
High accuracy and attention to detail (this is very important).
Ability to read handwritten or old typed Hindi/English bills.
Good typing speed.
Deliverable:
A completed Excel file or Google Sheet with all the data.
Additional Notes:
I will provide clear images/scans of the bills.
I will provide a small sample task (10-20 bills) first to check the quality of your work.
If the work is good, I will have more projects in the future.
