Recruiter – Remote Production Assistants (U.S. Residents Only)

We are a Virginia-based agricultural technology company urgently seeking a freelance recruiter to source remote Production Assistants. Candidates must be U.S. residents (Virginia preferred) and able to start this week.

Your Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, and your own networks.
- Conduct audio or video interviews.
- Walk candidates through the production process using our MVP brochure.
- Require candidates to complete a prototype production process.
- Only candidates who pass the prototype will be introduced to us.

Candidate Requirements
- U.S. residents only (Virginia preferred, other states acceptable).
- No experience required – full training provided.
- Must be comfortable working with chemicals.
- Must have access to an open, well-ventilated workspace (outdoors, backyard, garage, etc.).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- A lab/workshop is a significant advantage but not required.
