Recruiter - HR person

I need an experienced recruiter or HR professional who can quickly source and pre-screen long-haul truck drivers for routes that run from the Netherlands to Romania, Bulgaria, and neighboring Eastern European countries. Each candidate must bring mid-level driving experience, hold a valid Class C CDL, and be able to communicate comfortably in English.

The schedule we offer drivers is fully flexible. During the initial trial period they earn €120 per day, then move to a €150 – €180 daily rate once confirmed. Your role is to make sure every applicant understands these terms, meets the licence and language requirements, and is ready for an interview with me.

Deliverables I expect:
• A short-list of qualified drivers, complete with résumé/CV, proof of Class C CDL, and your screening notes
• Confirmation that each driver is willing to run the specified international routes and accepts the stated pay structure
• Contact details so I can set up a quick phone conversation with each finalist
