Recruiter for Talent Sourcing

We are expanding quickly and looking for an experienced Recruiter who can focus mainly on sourcing candidates for our entry-level and mid-level positions. You will also help with onboarding new employees and handling basic administrative tasks.

Talent Sourcing

Find candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, niche forums, and recruitment agencies.
Keep our ATS organised and update candidates’ progress.
Provide weekly shortlists with candidates’ qualifications, salary expectations, and availability.
Onboarding & Administration

Prepare contracts and collect the necessary documents.
Schedule onboarding sessions and coordinate first-day requirements.
Maintain employee records and track probation reviews.
Requirements

Provide at least three qualified candidates per open position each week.
Fill entry-level positions within 21 days and mid-level positions within 30 days.
Ensure all onboarding paperwork and access are ready on time.
