Nigerian Email Management Assistant Needed

My consultancy’s inbox is now busier than the workday allows, and messages from clients, partners, and vendors must be handled promptly and professionally. I need someone based in Nigeria who can step in, keep the communication flow smooth, and maintain a tidy, well-tagged inbox across the major platforms we already use—including Outlook and Gmail.

You will:

• Monitor the primary inbox during Nigerian business hours, flag urgent items, and archive or label the rest for quick retrieval.
• Draft clear, on-brand replies that I can send with minimal edits.
• Compile a concise end-of-day summary showing unanswered items, completed threads, and anything needing my direct attention.
• Set up basic rules, folders, and filters so future mail stays organised without constant intervention.

Success looks like this: fewer than five messages ever slip past 24 hours without acknowledgment, my inbox remains under designated folder limits, and your daily report gives me full visibility in two minutes or less.
