Recruit US TikTok Affiliates

I run a catalogue of digital downloads on Payhip and I need an affiliate manager who can steadily turn TikTok into my main sales channel. The objective is simple and measurable: drive more paid conversions, not just views or likes.

You will focus on the U.S. creator space—identifying suitable TikTok accounts, handling the outreach, negotiating the commission split inside Payhip’s built-in affiliate dashboard, and then nurturing the relationship so each creator keeps posting and improving results. Because Payhip automates tracking, payments and coupon codes, your time can go almost entirely into recruitment, content coordination and performance analysis.

Daily tasks include:
• Sourcing and vetting creators who match my audience and product niche
• Crafting personalised pitches that secure opt-in to the Payhip affiliate system
• Onboarding each creator, supplying swipe copy or creative briefs, and checking their links
• Monitoring sales attribution inside Payhip, sharing weekly performance snapshots and recommending tweaks to keep momentum high

Success is judged by two numbers I will pull from the dashboard: the volume of new affiliates onboarded and the revenue they generate month over month. Hit those targets and the collaboration stays open-ended, with additional product launches to fuel even bigger commissions for everyone involved.
