Multilingual Meeting Notes & Actions

My team holds a blend of online video calls and occasional face-to-face sessions, and I need every one of them captured accurately. After each meeting I expect a concise write-up that lists the decisions we reached, the specific action items, and the owner assigned to each task.

Because participants often switch languages—English, Spanish, French, and sometimes others—you must be comfortable understanding and writing in several languages. You can lean on tools like Zoom or Teams live captions, Otter.ai, Notion AI, or similar, yet the final text must be polished, well-structured, and free of machine-translation quirks.

I usually schedule 30- to 60-minute meetings and would like the finished summary delivered within two hours of the session’s end, shared as a Google Doc (PDF backup appreciated). Consistency matters: clear headings, bullet-pointed actions, and correct spelling of every name.

If you have proven experience taking multilingual notes for both virtual and in-person meetings and can join calls across time zones, I’m ready to collaborate.
