Recruit Co-Listing Agents

The task is to source and pre-screen potential Co-Listing Agents for our short-term rental portfolio. Every candidate you present should already have hands-on Airbnb hosting or hospitality management experience; familiarity with property management is a welcome bonus but not essential.

You will rely on LinkedIn, popular job boards, and targeted social-media groups to uncover talent. Strong online research is the single most important skill for this assignment, paired with clear, professional messaging that explains the role and secures each prospect’s up-to-date CV.

Deliverables
• A tracker (spreadsheet or Airtable) containing at least 15 qualified leads: name, location, link to Airbnb profile or proof of hosting/hospitality record, résumé/CV, and brief notes on your conversation.
• Copies of the outreach templates you used, so I can maintain a consistent tone in future follow-ups.
• A short summary of what worked best on each platform and any useful groups or search strings you uncovered.
