Recreate Existing Logo as Professional Vector + Logo File Package -- 2

I have finalized a new logo concept for my company, FicheBait, and need an experienced vector designer to professionally recreate it and produce the final logo files.

This is not a logo design project. The design is already selected. The attached brand sheet is the reference, with the upper-left Primary Logo being the main design to reproduce.

The logo was originally AI-generated, so I need it manually rebuilt as clean, professional vector artwork—not simply run through an automatic tracing tool. The finished logo should closely match the reference, including:

- Fish/hook shape and proportions
- Blue/navy gradients
- Digital pixel elements
- Orange accent (#E35205)
- FicheBait wordmark, including the orange dot over the i in Bait
- Overall spacing and proportions

Montserrat is the current typography direction.

Deliverables
Once the primary logo is approved, I need:
- Primary horizontal logo
- Dark-background/reversed version
- Compact horizontal version
- Stacked version
- Icon-only version
- Black and white/monochrome versions
- AI, SVG, EPS and PDF vector files
- Transparent PNGs in appropriate web/high-resolution sizes
- Favicon/icon package from 16×16 through 512×512
- Editable source files with clean, organized vector paths

Process
I would like to do this in two stages:
Milestone 1: Recreate the primary logo as clean vector artwork and provide a side-by-side comparison with the attached reference.

Milestone 2: After I approve the master logo, create all alternate versions and final export files.
Please do not use automatic Image Trace as the final artwork. I am looking for someone experienced with manually constructing/refining Bézier paths, gradients, and typography.

When bidding, please include examples of similar logo recreation/vectorization work and briefly explain how you would approach recreating this design.
