Recreate 1:500 A3 Plan

I already have a hand-marked photograph that shows every change I need, and I simply want that information transferred into a clean 2-D drawing at 1:500 on A3. The previous CAD designer produced a PDF but is now unreachable, so you’ll be starting from my amended photo and any supporting notes I provide.

Please keep every measurement exactly as shown on the image; no extra annotations are required beyond what you see. Once complete, export the file to me in both PDF and DWG formats so I can forward it straight to the planning officer.
