Professionalize Bar Chart and add Animation Enhancement

I’ve built a bar chart in Mac PowerPoint and now need it polished with a subtle, professional 3 animation sequences. This will be shown to a professional audience - so only PowerPoint experts reply.

The slide compares three bars across the years 2000-2036 (first animation just 2026), the second ranges 2000-2025, the third ranges 2027-2036). I’d like each year groupings to appear in a clean, sophisticated flow—no flashing or exaggerated motion, just a smooth reveal that supports the data story.

Also - one of the bars must be moved from the first series to the last series.

What I’m after:
• One PowerPoint slide returned as a .pptx file, fully compatible with Microsoft 365 for Mac.
• Bars animating in an ordered, easy-to-follow sequence (axis and labels may remain static unless you have a tasteful idea to include them subtly).
• Consistent colour palette, tidy fonts and alignment so the whole chart feels ready for a board-level deck.

Please keep all work within native PowerPoint tools—no external plug-ins—so I can tweak content later if needed. I’ll supply the current file as soon as we start; you return the updated version plus a brief note on any timings or effect names you used for easy editing.
