Recover Instagram Account Access

I manage an Instagram profile for a client, but the registered email and phone number are no longer active, so we can’t complete the standard password-reset flow. I have already walked through Instagram’s own account-recovery prompts, yet access is still locked.

I’m looking for someone who knows the ins-and-outs of Meta’s support system and can lawfully guide me to regain control of the account. Your role is to identify the right recovery pathway, submit any required forms, liaise with Instagram support if necessary, and hand back working login credentials. Ideally, you are familiar with Business Manager, two-factor authentication, and the documentation Instagram accepts as proof of ownership.

Deliverables
• Confirmed, working login (username + new password)
• Updated recovery email/phone set to details I provide
• Short hand-over note outlining the steps taken so I can repeat them in future if needed
