Reception Video & Photo Coverage

On 11 October, 17:30 – 19:30, I’m hosting a small corporate reception at the Cambria Hotel, New Orleans. Around 20–30 guests will attend and two short keynote speeches are scheduled. I need both the atmosphere and the key moments captured clearly and delivered fast.

Video
I want a punchy highlight-reel, no longer than 60 seconds, cut to reflect the energy of the evening. The final edit must showcase the two keynote addresses and the liveliest attendee interactions. Clean colour work, balanced audio, and smooth pacing are essential. Adobe Premiere Pro or an equivalent pro-level NLE is fine as long as export settings are broadcast-ready (1920×1080, H.264).

Photos
Please shoot a blend of candid moments and strong keynote speaker portraits. Light retouching is enough—accurate white balance, gentle exposure tweaks, and subtle colour grading in Lightroom or similar; no heavy Photoshop composites.

Deliverables (within five days of the event)
• One ≤60 sec highlight video in MP4 + a high-quality master file
• 50 lightly retouched JPEGs at full resolution
• A shared download link or cloud folder, neatly organised into “Video” and “Photos” subfolders

If you’re comfortable working nimble, handheld or on a small gimbal, and can turn edits around quickly without sacrificing polish, this project will be a good fit.
