I have a small desk clock with a beautiful vintage edge-lit display, a bank of mechanical relays, and an Arduino doing the time-keeping. Unfortunately my first build was amateur—cold joints everywhere, wires stuffed into screw terminals, no strain relief.... Then a housemate dropped it. A friend at a makerspace has begun soldering bulbs in the propper layout to match the display but only completed the bulbs for 1 digit. They also started a ribbon connector for the bulbs to the relays/arduino/power section.

I’d like you to finish the bulbs, get them connected, then cleanup the Arduino/gps-receiver/power section so it's mounted and ready for a case. I already 3d printed the display mount.

• Flawless soldering on every connection, preferably on tidy perf-boards or a simple custom PCB.
• Robust wiring and mechanical support so nothing loosens with vibration or travel.
• Overall durability: heat-shrink, proper strain-relief, and a secure enclosure layout.

All of the existing functional parts can stay if they still test out, but I’m happy for you to spec and purchase any recommended connectors or terminals that will make the assembly stronger and easier to service. The Arduino code is solid, so no firmware work is needed—just hardware craftsmanship.

I’ll ship the current clock components which once had worked; you return a clean, fully tested unit that powers up, keeps time, and survives a gentle shake without a flicker. Photos or short video of the test run before return shipment will serve as acceptance.
