Rebuild 5 Real Estate Social Media Graphics as Layered Photoshop Templates (PSD + PNG, Exact HomeOptix Specification)

Rebuild 5 real estate social media graphics as layered Photoshop templates (PSD + PNG).

IMPORTANT: Read the attached PDF "HomeOptix Theme Specification V4.1 - Designer Requirements" before bidding. All requirements are in that document, and your work must comply with it completely.

I will give you 5 finished graphics (one theme). Rebuild each one exactly as a fully layered Adobe Photoshop PSD plus a matching PNG. Do not redesign anything.

Exact sizes:
1) Just Listed Square 1080 x 1080 px
2) Just Listed Horizontal 1200 x 628 px
3) Just Listed Story 1080 x 1920 px
4) Just Listed Pinterest 1000 x 1500 px
5) Under Contract Square 1080 x 1080 px (no price, one DM button only)

Basics: full Adobe Photoshop only, live editable text, free open-licence fonts only, and the exact layer names and groups in the PDF.

The job is not complete until each of the five final graphics has run through the HomeOptix system and passed human evaluation by HomeOptix. Corrections needed to meet the specification are part of the job at no extra cost.

Milestone 1: Square 1080 x 1080 first. Milestone 2: the other four after approval.

In your bid, confirm that:
1) You use full Adobe Photoshop.
2) You have read the attached HomeOptix Theme Specification V4.1 PDF (in attached Files section) and will comply with it.
3) Your delivery time for all five files.
